Mohammed is from Pakistan and is the unofficial tallest man ever recorded. Standing a whopping 12 foot seven inches tall. Doctors are baffled Mohammed lived past 7 years of age when he stood 7 foot 4 inches tall, Mohammed was diognosed at an early age with a genetic disorder called Acromegaly in Wich the body can not stop growing. Fortunately for Mohammed he was born with cardiomegaly where his heart is so large it can properly maintain his blood flow.
You might ask, how much dose a 12 foot seven inch person eat? Well Mohammed sticks to a mostly vegan diet but consumes at least 60,000 calorie a day diet!

The reason for him coming all this way? Can you say Guinness book of world records! Yes you can, he is due to be registered as the worlds tallest human being at the end of this month!
