On the heels of Season 13 coming to an end and Rachel Lindsay still being engaged to Bryan Abosolo, NBC has decided to go a different route with 2018’s Bachelorette season.
In addition to The Bachelor Winter Games which will air February if 2018, there will be even more surprises for season 14 of The Bachelorette. Chris Harrison seemed to be in disbelief himself. “I knew the producers were going to have to come up with some new ideas soon, but never expected this!”, Chris said when interviewed by The Hollywood Reporter.
They will keep the title of The Bachelorette, although it almost seems like false advertising. May of 2018 will bring to screen an extremely lively character. Her heart is one of gold, but her past has been a bit rocky. The producers will need to keep the bleep button handy for this lady. By the time the show starts production, our star will be “Over the Hill”, and with 2 Kids from 2 different paternal fathers, she’s rolling down that hill fast! Producers contemplated changing the name of the 2018 season to “The Bachelorette- Season of The Cougar” for soon to be Bachelorette Wendy Wagner. Coming soon to a television set near you! ;)
