The board of Directors of John Hopkins stated in a hastily vote to expand on the East Baltimore neighborhoods. Michael Hankin has ordered for a demolition of the historic school property. Hankin also stated the neighborhood school has been a long eye sore on the John Hopkins community and employees. We feel like it's just time for a change. All students will be dispersed to their neighborhood a spokeswoman of the Baltimore city school board stated who will remain anonymous
