A Local Fort Smith Man known only as "Woody" Has won an estimated 32.9 Million Dollar Lottery. The winning ticket was purchased at the Easy Mart on Country Club in Fort Smith.
He, "Woody" was unavailable for comment at the time, but, his Fort Smith Attorney stated he would be representing "Woody" because he had some other lingering tax problems from other former estate issues
