On 9/7/2017 citizens of Columbus, Ohio stated they won't put out candy on Halloween due to local children being disrespectful.
"I just don't understand why, we didn't do anything that bad!" says disappointed 7 year old Kendall Smith.
The residents of Columbus say their houses have been egged, toilet papered, and even spray painted. The residents think local children are responsible for the terrible happenings though they have no proof.
Schools in Columbus think these accusations on their students are absolutely false, and inhuman to not give out candy. In result, teachers have decided to hand out candy during the school day.
