Kerri Thomas, age 29 was given a fine for littering on August 18, 2017. It was a casual day for this woman getting ready to enjoy her bag of chips she had bought that morning. Unfortunately, Kerri couldn't open the bag of chips which caused her to rage. She went outside for some fresh air after wrestling the bag for 10 unbearable minutes. She gave up hope and went outside for a cigarette. She tried one more time and bag finally surrendered. It too was fighting for its delicious life. The heavy winds blew the bag over causing this woman to lose all her cheese puffs as well as the bag. An officer was parked on the street when the empty bag flew straight to his window. The only suspect around was the woman standing 10 feet away on her steps with a shit load of cheese puffs on her yard. She received a fine of $50.00 for littering.
