According to witnesses A man that goes by the name of Budd was charged with a triple homicide murder early in 2010. Thaddious Parker also known as Budd was released late 2012 when charges were dropped against him. Thaddious appeared in court early Friday morning with a smile on his face shouting I’m inoccent. After pending chargers was acquainted, Thaddious was released from stateville Prison that night.
