On Monday October 23rd at 8:30am a controversial bill was passed through the State Legislature that allows the State Government to begin imposing the mandatory need for its citizens and registered voters to obtain Walkers Insurance as early as January 1st of 2018. The bill states that, ``... law enforcement will have the authority to lawfully detain, question, and issue citations to any/all citizens without the proper identification and necessary insurances…``. Fines will be begin at $55 for first and second offenses and bloom to $155 for all subsequent violations.

It is speculated that the law was passed in order to get more privately owned vehicles on the roads in order to increase State tax revenues from vehicular Tab endorsements which essentially doubled Tab Fees and skyrocketed Tab Fees for vehicles 5 years or newer in 2017. The estimated tax revenue increase for he Washington State Government is expected to bring an additional $55.7 million dollars to the State as well as work as an economic boost to the local economies of the Greater Seattle and Tacoma areas. State Congressman Aaron Styles (D) of the 24th District of Round County was quoted in his excitement, ``... This new law will boost many sectors of the State economy from Prisons to Restaurants, and from bettering the conditions of our roadways to helping Insurance companies employ upwards of 100 new customer service jobs in the state…`` jobs which will focus on information dissemination and enrolling citizens in the Walkers Insurance coverage program.

Trump supporters and the Anti-Law progress proponents are seeking to strike down this new law at the Supreme Court level, contesting that, ``...This law imposes additional tax burdens on the citizens of Washington State…`` and that ``...Democrats have not thoroughly thought through the socioeconomic impact as there is no State subsidies set aside for such insurances…`` meaning, the insurances (as least until it is figured out by Washington State legislatures) will come directly from the pockets of the citizens regardless of the costs.

When discussing this new form of insurance with 3 of the top 10 Insurance providers, their spoke people were happy to report that the insurances would only cost about $88 per person per household for yearly Walkers Insurance Coverage, and that the bill also allows Insurance companies to charge your family on in-house credit and use the credit to purchase State-backed bonds until the debts are paid off. The 14,000 page bill also goes in detail that portions of citizens tax returns will go to paying for the insurance before any Federal Tax checks will be issued. Aaron Style (D) stated in his interview that, ``... this tax withholding will protect citizens from fines that law enforcement can and will begin issuing for beginning January 1st, 2018…``. Republicans argue that the measures are criminal in nature, ``THEFT OF ITS CITIZENS IN THE MOST BLATANT FORM`` and that, ``...the absurdity of imposing a tax for walking around your own neighborhood is the beginning of something much more sinister in nature and the people need to wake up!``

The Measure is being expedited to the State Supreme Court later this month and more information will be available at that time.
