35 yr old Walter Brown was arrested In Bryan park after he was spotted smelling the bicycle seats of unsuspecting women. The suspect would hide behind bushes watching as females would ride past then parking their bikes once out of sight he would run to the bikes taking deep breaths nose first in bike seat. He was released on 10,000 dollar bail.
