Enon Valley Police Department have a warrant for a former student, Minter Boggs, on charges of Sexual Animal Cruelty after images were found of the individual performing sexual acts on various animals around the area. If anyone knows where Mr. Boggs is please inform the Police department immediately. This individual is considered extremely perverted and dangerous.
