Brayden Thetford, 12, was arrested for going toilet paper rolling around neighborhoods in South Bossier. Mom of child says, “It was a mistake he made and he promised never to do anything related to law breaking.” The police took the two children of the parents into custody. They will be serving a month in Juvenile Justice in, Monroe, Louisiana. Brayden Thetford also has a past with the police department, from throwing ice down at people from the bleachers at a football game.
