A 20-year-old woman identified as Jennah Gerstner, was arrested outside a local bar in Thornton early Thursday morning. It was said that she ran from police after they spotted her smoking a blunt on top of her car. It was reported that when she realized that police were approaching her, she quickly entered her car and sped down N. Washington St resulting in a high speed chase
