The youth, Thomas Tucker, had been seen on top of Kenton bar shops! He’s been chucking bricks down off people and as the police arrived he started shouting things and chucking a load of rubble causing the police to block off the area. The youth got down at 8:30pm where he was arrested and been sentenced to court!
