The Victims Name was Jaquiel "Pappy" Allen from Asbury Park, New Jersey
911 received a call about a shooting at the scene around 9:05PM. When the officers and ambulance arrived at the crime scene they saw Jaquiel Allen , lying on the ground with 2 gunshots wounds in the head and 2 in the back. He was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital but was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses say they didn’t see the face of the shooters but one witness identified one of the shooters wearing all black with dreads. Jaquiel Allen was just another result of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
