Bryan police have arrested a man in connection with a double homicide earlier this month.
Authorities said 19-year-old Kelvin Lewis Tarver of Henderson Texas was arrested without incident Friday in Bryan. He is charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with a bail set at $300,000.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers
