29 year old Thomas Rudison was arrested in Newport, KY early Saturday morning for having sexual relations with 42 year old homeless man. Rudison and the man (name has not been released) was caught by Newport on The Levey security in the men's restroom haveing sexual intercourse. When Rudison was questioned about the situation, he stated "I was just helping out my fellow man." Rudison was booked in the Campbell Country Detention on indecent exposure charges. He will appear in court on Monday October 30th.
