The Hicksville police are asking the community for any information leading to the whereabouts of suspects Randall Gordon and brother Scott Carwile wanted for questioning for the criminal damaging of the newly painted water tower.
What was beautifully restored by donations from the community less than a week ago now shows vulgar evidence of spray painted hijinks. Evidence points to these two mischeivious brothers beings a trail of spray cans were found leading to their residence. Hicksville citizens are outraged that that their beloved water tower was violated late last night after one of the suspects left the Halloween Party at the local Eagles. It is believed that the subject met up with his brother and the two proceeded to the water tower, dangerously scaled the structure, and defiled it with graffiti saying, "JOKER POWER TO THE PEOPLE!" along with a vulgar animation! The pair fled and proceeded to take the Ohio State Troopers on a dangerous car chase which unfortunately they were able to alude the police. Do not try to aporehend these two as their frame of minds are likely unstable at this point!
