An 32-year-old man was hospitalized after a man beat him up with baseball bat according to Pittsburgh Police.

Muhammad Mere, 18, were arrested and charged with aggravated assault, unlawful restraint and conspiracy stemming from the beating of his customer Tyler Borja, police sources told the paper.

According to the report in Tribune-Review,
Mere allegedly approached Borja around 10:30p.m. and pulled him into the kitchen and locked the door behind him before he began beating him up with baseball bat. Broja sustained injuries to his head, hand and leg.

A police source told the paper that the beating is believed to be connected to teaching him a lesson how to behave and watch his mouth at Shuman’s Restaurant at Homewood.
