Sulphur man justin carrier was arrested Sunday morning at 12:50am. Sulphur police received a call from a near by resident saying a brawl had broken out in the middle of the street and cars were flying by there seemed to be a large crowd of guys fighting. Reports of gun fire and reports of breaking and entering as the police did there investment they recover an AR-15 and a pistol when asked "why the extended clip he replied my pistol needed a bigger dick".
