A 17 year old has behin charge for driving under the influence and minor in possion of alcohol he went to the store around 10 yesterday morning he was then pulled over by local law enforcement and they asked him to step off his lawnmower as he began to step of he fell in a pool of mud and was so drunk to the point he could not get to his feet on his on will he den proceeded to call the 911 dispatch to ask for a ride to a liquor store the arresting officer respond for one ur underage and 2 your all ready drunk
