Milwaukee is plagued with criminals and monkeys! They are killing each other at a rate faster than any drug known to man, they are shooting innocent people, selling drugs to kids, stealing people's cars and baselining in them, running red lights and killing people! The mayor has had enough! He set a Citywide curfew for all black people,reason being is because we can't tell the good blacks from the bad blacks so we're imprisoning them all until further notice. They will be shot down on site if they are caught even sitting on their porch!
