African American Phoenix Oscura was told by an employee he exceeded the maximum amount of unlimited shrimp for the day. When the 26 year waitress advised him of the policy, Phoenix threw his Margarita drink on the young waitress. He was escorted out and advised by management not to return to this location. The waitress did not want to press charges.
