Ryan Dunwoodie (18) of Kirkcaldy was caught disturbing children and there parents when he was caught “sniffing” dog bins today. Police were informed and later caught him that day to issue a warning.
When asked why he does this, his reply was “I like the smell, it reminds me of someone I played football with up at Kirkcaldy high school called Alan Naughton”
Police have stated they are not aware of who this man is. He has been informed by police to stay away from Beveridge Park for his disgusting behaviour.
