Washington Park man was charged with animal abuse on Monday morning by the st.clair county sheriffs department. It appears that Demondre Moore was caught having sex with a female dog he claims “sexually abused him” in many ways. Moore says the dog hopped on top of him while he watched porn and begin to run his inner thigh as he became horny. Police has Moore in custody on a $200,000 bond as of this morning.
