Jeremy Black, of Elyria was arrested Sunday evening when neighbors called in a report that he was intoxicated, and running down the street butt-naked! He was charged with with being drunk in public, shaking his weiner at the 50, and smashing the fire pit. On the way to jail, he also pooped in the back of the police cruiser.
