Timothy Patrick Dailey from Ben Dailey and Son is the latest "house filpper" to be offered his own reality show on the extremely popular HGTV cable network. What makes Patrick show unique is that he will use Atlanta's homeless men and women to help him change each and every one of his rundown houses into a priceless work of art. At the end of each show, one of the homeless people will get the surprise of his life when the keys to the house is handed over to him or her. A HGTV executive is quoted as saying "This show brings tears to my eyes each time I think of the lives that are being changed. We are excited to work with Patrick who has an amazing heart for Atlanta's homeless population." The shows creator, Jay Dailey, believes that it could be the best thing since the creation of reality TV.
