Mr marten howard from o briens bridge co Limerick was arrested Saturday the 28th of October 2017 at his home in Limerick when CAB and detectives stormed in and caught him taking the drugs (cocaine) out of horses back ends. Mr howard in his mid 40s buys and sells horses but it looks like they where all just a cover up.
