On a traffic stop a Memphis man 23 year old Reubin Jefferson was stopped and the officers smelled what seemed to be raw marijuana. The vehicle was searched and what they found was in the trunk 10 lbs of marijuana, under the drivers seat a 9 m handgun discovered and confiscated. Jefferson is now held on a 250,000.00 bond and is set to Face the judge on 1 Nov, 2017
