"Joseph", A 19 year old teen was shot near East Fordham road around 4:27pm. Witnesses say that the teen was walking around with a group of friends celebrating Halloween until shots were sent towards another individual group in which Joseph got hit in the crossfire. Ambulance was rushed to the scene as friends tried to help him from losing blood. The teen is in serious condition, barely conscious but it is unknown whether if he's going to be okay or not until further notice.
