Sunday afternoon this young man (Jordan Welch) and young woman (Mariah Cooper) were spotted leaving the chevron on the 3900 block of Galveston Texas, where the body of Pablo Hernandez was found dead. Some Hernandez was disrespecting Ms. Cooper and her boyfriend Mr. Welch stepped into the verbal altercation and Also exchanged words with Mr. Hernandez before he proceeded to realease gun shots. Witnesses say "Mr. Hernandez was fascinated with Ms. Cooper and wanted to see if he could take her home to fundal her". Mr. Welch asulted Pablo in defence of his girlfriend. After the incident witnesses believe that Mr. Welch and Ms. Cooper left the crime scene in a maroon Toyota Camry. Police are on the look out for the guys.
