A local teen who is suffering from a bad haircut says the reason he was caught streaking was because he was offered a free haircut at the college he was currently attending, but as he walked back into the class he was mocked to look like a butch German lesbian. The teen who has been named as John Sutton has been known for visiting local residents and changing their TV channel with a spare Sky TV remote through their window, residents were confused as they did not understand what was going on when their channel suddenly switched. College tutor James Bing Bong said "He walked out looking like a nice young man, but when he came back in he looked as if he should be in the red light district"
