DECATUR— A local soldier is recovering from a freak accident that severed his penis. 19 year old Dustin Handerson was injured when he was swinging his dick in a rotating fashion, alike a helicopter. His penis crossed paths with another fellow soldier while they were doing this in the parking lot of a local Walmart.
