After years of fighting city council Jeff has decided he and his family are moving to neighboring city of Raymore. It all started in 2004 when Jeff tried to open a U pick-It due to having multiple non running cars in his driveway. He even says he had a car towed out of his driveway for a flat tire. He's looking forward to upsetting his new neighbors you can tell by his sh*t eating grin at the last city council meeting
