It was a peaceful November morning in Hummelstown until the unthinkable happened. Torri Kugle of Hummelstown, was driving along Main street when all of a sudden a car pulled out in front of him. He followed the car to the square where it got in the lane to his left to make a turn. Kugle reported that it was a female driver texting and driving. Kugle quickly took action by rolling his window down and throwing his half drank beer can at her. When police witnessed what happened they pulled both drivers over to get a statement. The female driver claims she didn't see Torri because she was looking at sexy lingere online. Kugle told reporters "I was about to finish my beer but I saw her on her phone so I decided throwing my beer at her to git her attention is importanter than finishing it." She now owes Torri more beer while she sits in federal prison as Kugle has a party with his combination cooler/grill made out of a toilet.
