Owner and founder George J Kilgen, found in possession of 13 underage Cambodian boys. Ten minors went missing on Halloween night, and when three more organized a search party to later all be captured. Kilgen, acting predator was luring kids to a large white work vehicle with promises of candy and a good job when they reached the working age. He is being charged with damaging the backsides of these teens
