Minutes after leaving his job site, it was reported 22 year old Jesse Junior Ortiz driving a black Lexus sedan was struck head on by an unknown SUV driven by a drunk driver. His car was instantly demolished. Car had to be cut to get Ortiz's body out of the car. He is currently in critical condition.
