Putnam County Sherrif s department is reporting a one car accident late Monday evening. The driver appears to be a gay man from the Washington DC area, who was home visiting family for the holidays. When asked about the vehicle he admitted that it was a loner from a family member, and he’d asked for a hummer but got the wrangler instead. “ the Jeep was just a lot looser than am used to”. A panic attack caused him to loose control in phillips bottom which was extra muddy and swollen from recent poundings
