On Sunday December 17, at approximately 2:00 AM, Derek Rylan Everly 23, of Terra Alta; was caught in the act of sexual intercourse at the Kingwood Circle K (formerly Dairy Mart Foods.) Preston County Sheriff's were dispatched to the scene. The report states- "The male subject was aggressively having sexual relations next to pump 7." Both Everly and the 48 year old female subject are charged with indecent exposure, prostitution, and public intoxication.
Everly is now free on a $10,000 bail.
