Joseph Lukumu-Itshiari has agreed a 3-year deal with French club Saint-Étienne for an undisclosed fee. Rumors suggest transfer fees between €500,000 and €1,000,000 were exchanged in the signing of Itshiari. Joseph is only 15 and has dazzled scouts all over the world but Saint-Étienne were quickest to get the deal done. He had a fruitful spell at his old club Celbridge Town and hopes to continue into the future. Scouts informed reporters at BreakingNews365 that they have been scouting Itshiari over the last six months and they also informed us that Joseph cannot officially become a player for the French giants until he reaches the age of 16 years old and will do so in the summer of 2018 on July 20th
