A local Dutchess County resident is under investigation for abuse of power at the prison he works at.
Sources close to the investigation state that Wes Cole 31 , of Dutchess County on numerous occasions paid inmates packages of Ramon Noodles , honeybuns and bars of soap to perform various sexual acts on each other while he watched. Amongst the inmates he’s been given the nickname “Wes the watcher” and “Captain Commissary”.
NY State Polce Detective, Lou Cabratzi stated that as of right now their are no charges pending but that could change as the investigation continues.
We reached out to Mr. Cole but he was not available for comment and has not returned our calls for comment .
