Christopher Lyons and his wife Sheena tryed to flee the country Wednesday after they were tipped off FBI had the evidence needed to charge the couple. Mr, Lyons was shot and killed in North Dakota around 10pm EDT by federal officers. Sheena Lyons was taken into custody without incident. Investigation is ongoing.
