NEW YORK With snow accumulation much lower than expected and winter storm Quinn taking it easy on the region, snow totals still reach over six inches across the city. Select subway lines closed early and the city took precautions in advance of the worst that never came. Hopefully Ryan won’t read this far to realize he’s been pranked and will pay up on his bet anyway.
