Woman was sentenced to 60 months in a Michigan prison after being found guilty of owning a Kindle Fire TV Stick which had been jail-broken. Jail-broken devices are modified devices which are typically used to view illegal copies of movies and TV shows. This is the first offense but prosecutes and the MPAA are hoping the verdict will send a message.
