Jacob Williams, 15, Neath, was caught on CCTV sexually touching a 9 year old girl from the Caewern area shortly after 3:40pm on Monday afternoon. After this incident the victim reported the assualt to the police and after 4 hours of a police interview, the suspect was charged with Sexual Assualt.
