On monday, april 2nd Kyle DeMoura was pulled over in a stolen vehicle that was reported just a few hours before he was pulled over.
Once the officer who goes by officer Borges pulls him over kyle flee's the scene throwing baggies of methamphetamine out of the windows.
He is currently on the run if you have any info please contact the TPD.
