Location of future Trump Presidential Library in dispute

The Commission on Presidential Libraries has found itself in a quandary over the location of the future library for the current President.
The Trump family and organization has suggested it be placed either in four rented floors of the Trump Tower in Manhattan or on a leased portion of the Mar-A-Lago Resort in Florida.
It appears though that renting space for a Presidential Library is not allowed in the statute governing such facilities. The fact that it would provide the family an income stream in perpetuity does not appear to be an ethical problem under present practice.
Members of the Commission, however, feel that as the location is required to be relevant to the life and time in office of the President it represents would make another site more appropriate.
The Nine Circles of He'll from Dante's "Inferno" have been suggested but they cannot come to agreement as to which circle would be most appropriate as all from two to nine would in fact be relevant.
