The current landlord Pistov Lukal living at 271 Hightown road is currently serving 8 years for torture on 10 year old daughter spectators described the daughters condition as “anorexic” “unthinkable” this left many people distressed. On August 6th 2014 Police got informed about screaming and knocking. As they arrived to the seen the Lukal family almost seemed Demented.
