Reports say that Mr BB (age unkown) strangled his weasel-like Neighbor, Max Saltz (Age 12 or something) after not keeping up with his grass. Mr BB told investigators Saltz repeatedly talked about building a deck in the yard but refused to even keep up with the yard or hang blinds in the windows. Authorities have released Mr BB on the account that no one could blame the fella.
