Keurig Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, the parent company of Dr. Pepper has issued a recall for all of its Dr. Pepper beverages. The recall notice states that the sugar used in the manufacturing process may have had e. coli in it. According to the Mayo Clinic, e. coli symptoms may include "Diarrhea, which may range from mild and watery to severe and bloody. Abdominal cramping, pain or tenderness. Nausea and vomiting, in some people" Keurig Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is asking consumers to return the unused portions to the retailer the soft drink was purchased from, they also ask consumers that are experiencing any symptoms of e. coli to visit the local emergency room immediately.
