Passed a house approval 210-3 that the new laws go in effect as soon as soon a 9-1-2018 a news source reveals. These laws will allow all govt state and local angencys and offices to garnish collect as well as intercept all monies owed. The new law called " hide no more" will target "off the book workers" "ssi payees" and all others who have the need to not own up to there obligations. State senator Robert Newberry said in a statement "This is a great day in the state of N.Y. now these children are not forgotten memories if the parents do not want them or do not want to care for them well i will assure you past presidents will"!!! "The new law goes to the final house on Augest 19th 2018 for a final law change
